The mission of Capitol Hill Historical Society (CHHS) is to gather, preserve, and share the history of the communities that have shaped Capitol Hill. CHHS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit committed to providing and supporting an inclusive vision of the neighborhood's history.

 

Membership in Capitol Hill Historical Society is open to all who have an interest in supporting our mission and taking active involvement in shaping our organization.

 

All members have the right to vote on issues submitted to membership by the board, to vote on who will hold positions on the board of directors, and to call special meetings of members as needed. Members will also have special/discounted access to local tours and historical events when they become available.
