About the Event

Capitol Hill Historical Society invites you to a very special evening at The Gaslight Inn with Karen Treiger.  She will be presenting her newly published book, "Standing on the Crack: The Legacy of Five Jewish Families from Seattle's Gilded Age."

In her book, Karen shares the stories of five different families, including her own (The Singermans, the original owners of the Gaslight Inn), and how they shaped Capitol Hill and the city of Seattle. You won't want to miss this incredible history and book talk.

Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
