Annual Members Meeting at the Volunteer Park Conservatory

Join us for our annual members meeting to hear a review of our year and a preview of upcoming events. Following our meeting, attendees will have the opportunity to join us and the team at the Conservatory for a behind-the-scenes tour. Please check in at the main entrance to the Conservatory. You will then be directed to our meeting room. 

Please be aware this meeting is limited to 20 individuals. Sign up early if you want to attend, and please let us know if you reserve a space, but can't ultimately make it so that we can offer your spot to someone on the wait list. This primary focus of this event is to welcome and update our members and other active friends of the society. Spaces will only be open to the public just prior to the event should spots not fill.

Public parking is available near the Conservatory and most easily accessed from the 14th Avenue entrance to the park.
