Treasurer

 

Capitol Hill Historical Society seeks a member of the community with a passion for local history and preservation and a basic knowledge of accounting and Quickbooks to serve as as our board treasurer and help track and verify our financial progress.

Activities:

• Act as the main point of contact between the board of directors and our professional accountant.

• Use Quickbooks to prepare quarterly financial reports and annual budget and present them at board and member meetings.

• Apply for annual state and city licenses and permits as needed.

• Organize digital financial records.
